Arrive Delhi * Drive to Shimla (320 Kms / approx. 8 hour drive)
Welcome to your 'Himachal Splendour' tour! On arrival at the Delhi airport or Delhi railway station (on your own), you will drive to Shimla where on arrival you will check into your hotel. The rest of the evening is at leisure.
Day : 02
In Shimla * Visit Kufri and Chail
Today proceed for a wonderful excursion to Kufri and Chail. In Kufri enjoy a walk through thick cedar woods to Mahasu Peak for an amazing view of the mighty Himalayas. Visit the world's highest cricket and polo ground in Chail.
Day : 03
On to Manali (272 Kms/ approx 7 hour drive)
Today enjoy your drive past the banks of the river Beas to Manali where upon arrival check into your hotel. The evening is at leisure.
Day : 04
In Manali
During your city tour today, visit the Hadimba Temple and the Tibetan Monastery which houses several images of Lord Buddha and Tankha paintings. The evening is free to relax or stroll and shop at the Mall road.
Day : 05
In Manali * Excursion to Rohatang Pass / Snow Point
This morning proceed on a day excursion to the Rohtang Pass. If roads to Rohtang Pass are closed, then visit Snow Point where ponies/horses can be hired directly. The rest of the day is free to explore this picturesque town on your own.
Day : 06
On to Panchkula / Chandigarh (320 Kms / approx. 8 hour drive)
Today you will proceed to Panchkula / Chandigrh. On arrival check in to your hotel. The evening is free to explore this well planned city on your own.
Day : 07
On to Delhi (255 kms / approx 6 hour drive) Return home with happy memories
Today bid farewell to your "Himachal Splendour" tour, as you are transferred to Delhi airport or Delhi railway station.
